It seems it would be a fun gimmick build. I saw a build of this on reddit, but it was outdated for 3.17. I now tried to remake it with newer stuff, and this is what I have so far: Please note there is 2 variants, a war-staff variant and another one that uses regular staff (or replica cold iron). I set up 2 different trees, gear, and skill groups for either. Disclaimer this is just a fun side project that i am working on and also my first time doing a low tolerance build, so there might be intricacies that I am unaware of. Also extremely expensive build please do not try. You have been warned. The build revolves around the medium cluster notable tolerance which makes the first poison you inflict deal 300% increased damage. I am currently using 4 low tolerance with poison mastery for a total of 1500% increased damage.
