PoE 3.22 Ancestor Templar, Cold builds

Hey, I posted this build last league and I sadly can't really play this league due to time issues. Because some people inquired about the build and asked for an updated version I went ahead and made some 3.22 changes. This character is a solid all around character and I would say is absolutely league start viable. Keep in mind however you will need to do some things differently but it can absolutely be played without any special gear already lined up. I don't really do "leveling trees" or etc but I would recommend you level up with spark and switch to Glacial Cascade at lv 28. Spark will be faster to hit maps but it is important for you to get practice with GC so you can understand how it feels and plays. how does one get more defence POB saying my EHP so low even tho i think its tanky due to machination + tempered by war, only thing that should be low is phys dmg taken

Yo recently theorycrafted around the eye of winter build from jung. Dont get me wrong I could just buy all the items and call it a day but I wanted to maybe create a thread and share budget options.
