Something important:

62% abyss jewel + 41% Boots Eater = 100% avoid shock Boots 100% avoid chilled. Brine King avoid freezed. Ignite's threat is low because our regen from recoup is high enough to even face tank Shaper's beam.

8% CDR tattoo +Belt 12% +boots eater implicit 7%= 27%CDR(0.198s trigger line)

All my +10dex are tattooed to be 6% flask duration.

Different from usual build. Pious Path is changed to Augury of Penitence.

Even though with 99% reduced Skeleton duration, 10% less skill effect duration on Duration Mastery is still needed. Or else your skeletons would be alive for 0. 231s instead of 0.198s. (which means lesser skills trigger rate=DPS drop, use pob's ''Calcs'' to see if the skeleton duration is 0.198s)

Can use +4%chaos resist tattoo to adjust the FR self-damage your self. Tattoo just makes this build available for Inquisitor. Really happy about this.
