Hello, Looking for help with Vortex in SSFHC. Go easy on me this is my first self-made build. I primarily play SSFHC, and I'd like to make my own build from scratch this time. Most of my characters have died so far, and I'm hoping this one will be safer with chill/freeze effects. Gear equipped is just crap random gear I have on one of my leveling toons. !Not a serious build! Just experimenting with Poet's Pen and Frostblink of Wintery Blast. This "build" was the first idea that came to mind when the skillgem info was released.Since Frostblink of Wintery blast has no cooldown, and no charges (but a hefty cast time with no "instant" use), it is really beneficial to trigger it. Whether it's traps (I saw Waggle experimenting with that) or Asenath's Chant, or simply Poet's Pen. While Asenath's Chant and Poet's Pen add a cooldown, we can reduce it in a few ways: 1. Haste watcher's eye - 40% 2. Boots - \~30% 3. Badge of the Brotherhood - from 70
