Leveling I'm not great at rushing through the campaign but I used splitting steel. If you get the Titucius' Span shield, you can With mana reservation implicits, you can anoint disciple of the slaughter instead of charisma. Panopticon is still the best anoint for single target DPS with ancestral totems but I like the flexibility of not being force to always have the totems placed. For ailment immunity before grand spectrums, you need to bench craft the betrayal "chance to avoid elemental ailments" suffix onto your boots and body armour.
