PoE Mjolner builds

POB: I made this build mainly trying to make a cool pain attunement low life build which it used both attacks and spells with the help of battlmage cry and to apply the increase to spell damage from indigon to attacks aswell. In the end i had to gave it up for many reasons like: having to interrupt cyclone to cast BMC, warcry speed isnt fast enough, cant get enough power and you put at risk if surrounded by enemies who can stun you to death, and so on... But now, i used the space of the BMC to use reckoning to apply conductivity

End of league project. Wanted to try a different approach on this item combination. The Cwc Arc Setup is basically enough for clearing T16s rather comfy and so I focussed on getting cdr, 10 aps and 100% hit chance to proc Mjölner as often as possible. Here's what I came up with: Does anyone see obvious improvement ideas?

I found one on my first char and wanted to see if I could do something for the event, but I'm terrible at creating builds. I went away from Templar because I don't think crit is particularly easy to gear, so I wanted to try Chieftain with CwC fire conversion (PF trigger, WoC in weapon). DPS on this is like 400k and defenses are nearly non-existent. I could go glancing but would need a life on block shield I think. Any thoughts (including "this is terrible please stop") is appreciated.

Thoughts Pros \-Decent Damage/Clear \-Very good EHP (Block) \-Simple gear choices (Uniques everywhere lol) \-Budget 10ish ex? Clusters easy to craft. Watchers Eye 2ex Cons \-Chaos bosses can kill you if not careful \-Slow ES sustain, if a lot of damage goes through block you die \-Low physical Resistance, can be one shotted by big phys hits. \-DPS listed is not accurate, probably more like 25-40% less depending on Manapool, easily stays below 50% though.

How the build works: 1. Arc in Mjolnir for clear - hits 6.06 times a second for around 1mil dps 2. Ball Lightning CoC in chest - calculation is average hit 6.06 11 3. Very tanky with nearly 9k HP pool, fortify, close to 2k regen, and the big thing - x4 surging vitality cluster notables regening 4k effective life every 5 seconds thanks to Pious Path. Can ramp up the damage to crazy levels with the following if you have the budget: 1. CDR boots and 7.5 attacks per second 2. Bottled Faith 3. Divergent Ball lightning 4. Watchers Eye 5. Min maxed gear 6. 20/20
