3.13 Inquisitor COC Ball lightning Mjolnir

-Brief Explanation-

  1. Not a budget build (due to harvest, we can craft some chest, rings)
  2. Need many uniques (means res prob, attribute prob occurs, we need to calculate detail requirments before we start)
  3. always i feel Mjolnir is Shit but cant stop playing with this, like a first love that i cant forget lol.
  4. not a huge DPS build, just want to try my own and new build :)
