PoE Saboteur, Cast when Damage Taken, Bow builds

I know what you are thinking... another trigger all the skills build but I thought this setup was cool so I wanted to share. You can start using manaforge as early as level 8, but I wouldn't rely on it for damage until mana problems are solved with a Thief's Torment (minimum level 30). Early lifetap is NOT recommended. My first attempt was as Trickster with focus on Ignite. Ended up pretty bad. Then, I tried to split the focus between damage-on-hit and Ignite with Scion. Didn't work out either. So, I came to the conclusion that the ways we approach the new Burning Arrow are wrong and I tried a completely different approach. I focused on damage-on-hit, partially ignoring the Ignite part and only making sure that the enemy is ignited so that I can get the flat damage bonus. And it turned out to be good. The build I tried this concept on though is not a regular Burning Arrow build. It's a miner build with Blas
