PoE Frostbolt builds without Ice Nova, Ice Nova of Frostbolts, Vaal Ice Nova of Frostbolts, Vortex of Projection

After discovering and falling in love with CWDT-scions last league, and seeing the incoming nerfs, I decided to league start a CWDT build to see how far i'd get. Eventhough ward/jewels have been changed, I managed to get it started, with 4 flasks, for about 600c in the first week (those base jewels with flask charges are amazing!). Fast forward a bit to where I got all the challenges I wanted to get this league and having banked a few 100D, I started looking at whacky things to do with this build and started going down the MF route. Hi there, For the first time this league I tried to build a CWDT wardloop and it went pretty well. I'm just wondering if someone could help me out on what I could upgrade to reach the 100+ mil dps (currently sitting at 84mil). Here's my current pob : The cast speed custom modifier is to emulate the 27% CDR I have. I have a 150div budget to upgrade this build further but having trouble finding how to scale it more without bricking my res and the build itself. Could anyone help me out ?

I wanted to attempt a CWDT looper, using the Ralakesh boots, ideally using a movement skill to move around, so as to constantly gain and lose all charges. The reworked Ralakesh's Impatience boots make your minimum charges equal to your maximum charges when standing still. This got me thinking about the possibility of a charge stacker who only needs the stacks while standing still, for example when casting a spell. These boots should also interact in an interesting way with another unique, Malachais loop. This shield normaly removes all power charges upon reaching the maximum.
