PoE Le Heup of All builds

I've been trying to work on a Cleave melee build to use for my league start on ps4 in a couple days but I'm pretty much a complete noob and I'm not sure how bad my build is right now, I don't really like crafting in games so I was trying to do a build with some cheap uniques instead of rares as much as possible. I played a Cleave build from the forum called Hank the Tank a few years ago, hence why I'm using Cleave, however it has since been deleted and so I pulled some inspiration from it as best as I could remember. First time theory crafting a character, and wanted to try this combination just for fun, so i spent some time on PoB trying to see if it would work out. Thought the combination of melee (mark on hit) and spell damage might be interesting, though the damage might be reduced. Shock and freeze would be fun as well. Ideally the Herald of Ice will help with the clearing of maps. I would aim for the character to reach red maps, and so any buffs to survivability, damage, or improvements to the build in general would be great. PoB: Than

I'm just pushing into Yellow Maps as an Axe Boneshatter Juggernaut, playing SSF. I'm doing fine in my maps (240K DPS and very tanky) although my gear has a long way to go. No Six-Links yet. What I'm trying to do is to increase my viability in Sanctum. I have increased my melee strike range as much as possible, and I'm working on upping my attack speed and average hit. Does anyone have experience trying this approach? I suspect a more end-game sanctum build will do Maces and stuns, but this is where I am right now.
