PoE Duelist, Bow builds without Retaliation

Had an idea for a tornado shot impale champion that uses steelworm alongside perseverance to scale defences. Getting damage on the build is the tricky part, has anybody played any impale builds and have some ideas on how this can be improved?

I have theory crafted a Rain of Arrows champion trapper, the build has good defence while maintaining good damage, the build is still a work in progress and is not the cheapest build to start, i suspect it could be reliable on a 50 div budget. The build sits at around 50K armour + 50k evasion without perfect gear, 100% spell suppression and ailment immunity while have good movement speed due to onslaught, adenaline and quicksilver. The single target dps is around 16 million at the moment as we are able to front load damage before most bosses. The POB will show x60 Rain of arrows for bossing

I built this because I wanted to build around fatal flourish and perma-freeze sanctum (Southbound is a little better for freeze and mapping, hotht gloves for dps bosses). I just gambled away most of my currency and failed my no-hit run to a degen that occurred after I killed the sanctum boss floor 2 :( after doing many flawless practice runs... so I'm kind of feeling done with the league but wanted to share.

Hey there PoEBuilds. First time playing this build, i have taken a few liberties here and there while following an online build for this playstyle and i was wondering if there was any room to improve the performance of this build. I feel like have reached a point in which each upgrade is gonna cost quite a few tens of divs and i wanna plan things out properly. Wanting a good all-rounder for the the league i opted for a Explosive Arrow totem build. I choose champion instead of elementalist for the versatility and survivability. It started off based on Zizaran's build, but has since deviated quite a bit. Much due to luck and messing about. This is lvl 99 now and this is more that I ever have done before. Could easily grind to 100 but .. why care. &x200B; &x200B; Some highlights 30+ mill dps can do 10+ more easily with a few gem/flask swaps etc when needed.

Suggest if you’re paying EA Ballista you check with the update. I’m down from 20 to 16 fuses so need to sort my build! Build for reference: Edit: looks like i fixed it. 2 new AS jewels and swapped Skitter Bots for Malevolence. Need to test it later. Up to 18M DPS.

Current character (level 74 Champ) my idea for where the tree might go First off, this character started out intended to be a Champion impale based shrapnel ballista build.
