PoE Cruelty builds

Here's my test result of reduced projectile speed spectral helix. Spectral helix can always spiral up to 4.25 rotations, and the projectile speed does not affect the rotation distance. In my test, I found the number of total hits versus projectile speed was limited to 36 hits against this little totem. Further, the hit rate decreased to around 0.5 h

Disclaimer: This is in some parts still theoretical, since the most expensive expensive items are still missing, Awakened Empower and Grand Spectrums. I started this build with the idea to work it into a decent boss killer setup. The setup you see in the PoB is solely for killing bosses and differs from my mapping setup quite a bit. Some info: Writhing Jar is for triggering Adrenaline on Death Rush. This DPS is achieved when the following conditions are met: • Vortex below enemy • Adrenaline buff from Death Rush • Flasks on • Divine Blessing for Wrath

Hey, started the league with a bit of a meme gigagonk tank build but tbh it's working wonderfully figured I'd post a video or 2. Searing Exarch(not uber): Ignore the bad gameplay, I don't visit exarch a lot :d Can see shockwave definitely being a bit luke warm DPS-wise, but also how well vaal EQ interacts with this build, every time I move a bit and let go of cyclone a vaal EQ shockwave will appear, its cooldown is what surprised me the most, it's often already 50% ready to go again before the first one ends T16 Waste Pool:

Ventrua had put out a poison BV occultist for league start but I also like to play Assassin and it's more point efficient (though potentially still worse than Occultist), so I thought I'd share my work. All of these PoBs are built on top of Ventrua's PoB. These builds will focus on incorporating alternatives to Profane Bloom as a priority. Hey guys, couple of you asked me to post a pob on another post so here it is so that I don't reply 5 times individually :P I got to state, all items in POB I got on my standard template trickster equipped, but ofc i swapped out legacy flasks and such for 3.19 obtainable ones. Nothing inflates DPS in pob, only 3 things ticked are 7 wither stacks from Withering Step, 5 poisons for more dmg if 5 poisons dagger mastery and 3 stacks of Spider Web. Also no ticked flasks. Hello, I have been playing Path of Exile for many years but today for the future league I would like to try to make my first own build. The new "Polymath" ascendancy point for the trickster gave me this desire. I theorycrafting a build using "Viper strike" and dual wielding. If my calculations are correct I get 15% regeneration. POB (edited after feedback): POB (original): POB only works on desktop client, web one doesn't have skills for some reason. This was originally a BV/EK Stormwall into Fulcrum full conversion build, but then they removed Stormwall so I had to change plans or be left without being able to league start. This is now a Lightning Conduit Agnerod into Fulcrum build that uses BV with Shaper of Storms to shock everyone 7.5 times a second, and Lightning Conduit to deal damage

You require Hrimsorrow and an Alternating Sceptre I think you should wait until you have Light of Lunaris too. Why Soulrend over other skills? I want to preface this by saying I am not good at making builds and I haven't played for a few months. It's certainly not "finished", and who knows how easy/hard uniques are going to be to get. Can you check my PoB and tell me what you think about it? Currently I have chill for 37% chill and 25% reduced movement speed from the sceptre. Convergence would of course be more damage. But the damage seems pretty decent. I have Obliteration in weapon swap. For nice pops while mapping. Double Ming's is possible but then the ignite prolif from the pops is gone.

get alchemists mark effect enchant if it exists (30% mark effect is from this, otherwise get hexblast aoe, despair effect or an aura reservation ig) problems that im willing to drop some damage for: - no phys mitigation (grav mod on chest) - no spell suppression (gonna write this off as too hard to cap without dropping too much ES for comfort) max res on shield - mana (no room for clarity, can't go EB and CI) - maybe swap to life and go EB? idk - recovery sucks - maybe.........drop profane bloom.....................yikes maybe swap wand base to accumulator if ur nasty, i just used driftw

I have thrown this together in the last hour or so as an quick idea to make best use of the new Cloak of Flame. Its still very rough around the Edges and needs to be fleshed out. Its meant for a Leaguestart SSF Enviroment. It includes Cloak of Flame and a Warlords Helmet though which may need a few days to obtain, longer if unlucky. But i am confident you could live off of Armour longer if needed. I am thankful for any ideas to improve it. Update: New pob. TL;DR: A lot of scaling doesn't work as intended, we crit ambush now. Estimated damage is 2.2m on average, with a possible ~200k plague bearer. Basics of how it works - Step 1: Curse target boss with Despair and apply wither. Step 2: Ambush to the target. Step 3: Spawn worms with flask (1 use is enough) and drink diamond flask. Step 4: Focus if you can. Step 5: Hit the worms either manually or with "stike additional nearby enemy." Step 6: Maintain wither and Despair until ambush is available again. Then repeat.
