PoE Cast when Damage Taken, Chieftain, Movement builds

Lots of potential here

Want to try out Flicker Strike next league so i decided to make myself a flicker strike chieftain, probably as my leaguestarter. I have never played flicker strike before so any advice or feedback is appreciated. Will go for chieftain ascendancy nodes for strikes and melding. Tawhoas seems to be RLY good flicker strike next patch right ? Will probably change into voidforge flicker later on in the league so if anyone has some tips or PoBs for that would be appreciated. First of all here is the build: So, I have an overall pretty standard earthbreaker build with strenght stacking and all the usual things you see in the common build. With the changes to monsters HPs, our damage reduction and survivability, I think it's time to dust off my Bodyswap chieftain. I cannibalized this one from an obscure 3.1 and 3.9 builds, where the first one was truthful, the other had half the damage boosted in typical POB warrior, fashion and was crit based, and brought it to the modern age of 3.15. --- POB Settings: Shaper, no bullshit damage multipliers Flask off, (except MS-old one).
