First of all here is the build:
https://pobb.in/eTCbJQT1od-E
So, I have an overall pretty standard earthbreaker build with strenght stacking and all the usual things you see in the common build. It reaches almost 20m sirus dps with endgame gear (although nothing too crazy) and around 8m dps with mediocre gear, now this is with vaal ancestral warchief active without it its 10m dps and 4m dps respectively.
Now the thing is that with minor adjustments to the build, it can use tukohama fortress by changing a bit the tree (you need to get accuracy rating from the tree since you can't use precision) and the gem setup.
Pretty much you change anger, precision and blood and sand for: Anger, blood and sand and petrified blood. The changes makes it so your hit pool is mostly unchanged, you loose a bit of dps but gain the very interesting mechanics of petrified blood.
Now as it stands I believe that apart from budget reasons (tukohama fortress will be substantially cheaper than a +1 to totems shield) it is not the best way to go, but I've consumed such an inmense amount of copium that I am hoping to see the shield buffed and if such is the case then it could potentially be a really good way to play this build.
It has around 1500 hp regen per second considering totem leech, something that should be constantly there (and that is with minimal investment). In fact by sacrificing a bit of dps you could get a pretty chunky amount of recovery just by picking the 2% of life recovered on kill and the 3% of life recovered per second that are right next in the tree.
