PoE Cast when Damage Taken, Chieftain, Critical builds

Lots of potential here

Want to try out Flicker Strike next league so i decided to make myself a flicker strike chieftain, probably as my leaguestarter. I have never played flicker strike before so any advice or feedback is appreciated. Will go for chieftain ascendancy nodes for strikes and melding. Tawhoas seems to be RLY good flicker strike next patch right ? Will probably change into voidforge flicker later on in the league so if anyone has some tips or PoBs for that would be appreciated. Good morning all - I've started wanting to try Blade vortex I found a few builds on POE ninja and think i'm going to try to follow the below POB... My Idea for leveling would be Fire SRS, them on to armageddon brand, then BV once I get Unleash @ 38. I've never played BV, so could someone look at the POB and let me know if they think this is workable in SSF? I figured it would be easier to craft the gear on this guy... &x200B; Thank you!
