PoE League Starter, SSF, Slam builds without Mageblood

Introduction Hello there, PinguinTorpedo here with my take on a melee ignite build in 3.20. There was a lot of discussion that melee builds in general are in really bad spot. Especially ignite builds with the removal of the Divine Inferno jewel. I came up with an Ice Crash Ignite Elementalist that should be pumping 5.1m to 26m in a mapping environment, 9m to 17m against standard bosses and arounnd 2.4m to 4.2m Uber dps with 4s ignite uptime. I have thrown this together in the last hour or so as an quick idea to make best use of the new Cloak of Flame. Its still very rough around the Edges and needs to be fleshed out. Its meant for a Leaguestart SSF Enviroment. It includes Cloak of Flame and a Warlords Helmet though which may need a few days to obtain, longer if unlucky. But i am confident you could live off of Armour longer if needed. I am thankful for any ideas to improve it. Nothing here is finalized, but so far this is my most fleshed-out attempt at an SSF league starter for 3.19. This one is built for maximum ease of gearing and ease of play. Everything that costs mana is on a Lifetap and I let Tukohama's leech take care of sustain. Tasalio phys as fire is maybe better now that some of our armour scaling has been nerfed. From what we've seen so far, do you guys think zerker with rage and impale would be a good choice for 3.19? Here's a quick pob I threw together (not sure if I'm calculating the dps of it correctly but it looks promising). Perhaps the new buffed chieftain node will also make fire conversion good, but I doubt it will change a lot. Doesn't need anything special, just a decent axe.
