Yo recently theorycrafted around the eye of winter build from jung. Dont get me wrong I could just buy all the items and call it a day but I wanted to maybe create a thread and share budget options. A few notes: If you don't like Eye of Winter you can use Freezing Pulse instead. I just like what Eye of Winter feels like. No jewel sockets because SSF. Tree can be tweaked a bit to grab some sockets if you happen to find any jewels worth running. Like I mentioned, there's no required gear. I don't have any gear in the POB besides flasks and a shield. The only two things that are arguably "required" are a pair of rare gloves with the Eater of Worlds implicit "apply cold exposure on hit" (very easy to roll), and a Shaper shield
