Well I made this pob before the patch notes. Sadly ice nova of frostbolts was hit pretty hard. I tried to adjust for all the nerfs in the config and full dps counter. The build is a bit tankier now because of the 1% mana regen but lost a little less than 50% of its damage. I'll put some general stats at the bottom of this post if you don't want to check out the pob.

Like my previous post this is a high effort pob, it currently has 13 different loadouts to help ease the path from league start to the uber pinnacles. There are three different endgame(hero) setups you can branch into. Also there is a giga setup that shows some of the best items in the game. I will probably add another loadout for ball lightning of orbiting, since that seems to be the skill that mana stackers will use this league.

Looking for feedback if there is anything to fix/improve or add. Especially looking for feedback from newer players.
