PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.11 Harvest, 3.27 Keepers of the Flame, 3.14 Ultimatum Ultimatum builds

A 100% MoM character has been possible for the past couple league in standard but I couldn't afford it (double PC rings, weapon trees). Now with the MoM from TWWT, it's much easier to achieve 100%. A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

Lets start with it not being cheap. at the time of me making this build it costed me 2 mirrors to make. if money isnt a problem and u wanna fuck around with memes while still being able to complete all content, this is for u. Abusing the high base damage and crit of soulrend of reaping, we can just ignore external sources of dmg and just scale gem levels. we further scale it by going crit and we get that from spark gloves. the rest is self explanatory by looking at the items

Most leagues I try to make a unique concept for Ball lightning because I'm obsessed with the skill sadly. Been thinking about this concept before the league launch but didn't realise I'd get rich this league. First time using Progenesis and Mageblood in a build but I am not sure what additions or changes I can make, The only items I have crafted is the boots, the amulet and the wand and I have purchased the body armour and lethal pride already.
