• Lycia bloodline & red nightmare combined means you convert 90% of fire to chaos, and 78% of other elements. This means you can use brutus lead sprinkler + replica alberons together.
• I used gladiator because i like lucky block for ultimatums and simulacrums. Unfortunately this means you cant use iron fortress. If you dont care about defence then just go slayer with iron fortress.
• Note that its important to use 0% quality on Static Strike and have at least 18% cdr. Specifically, with 0% quality the Static Strike beams hit every 0.32s, and with at least 18% quality on shockwave its cooldown is less than 0.64 seconds which means it will proc every two static strike beams.
• Originally i was using the shaper bound by destiny to get the cdr and i had a shaper ring + body armour. Then, there is a graft implicit which gives cdr per socketed green gem, and you can use this with either a helm implicit or a belt craft if you switch to a synth rare.
• Also, this tree is really easy for fitting foulborn inspired learnings. you can even fit a third one for a few more points if you want.
