PoE Marauder builds with custom stat filters

In ARPGS, I've always enjoyed the "high mitigation, high recovery, low HP" style since I first played a Shillien knight in Lineage 2. In PoE however, it seems kind of hard to replicate since most life recovery is scaled off your total life (HP, most sources of regen). With the changes to Immortal Flesh, and a few things that make shield crush armorstacking a lot more interesting, I'm thinking of trying my luck with an archetype that I haven't played with yet, armorstacker jugg, leveraging high phys mitigation to trigger high HP and ES regen, and trying to abuse

Can someone help me find out best (and cheapest, within reason) way of achieveing 98-100% ele conversion of damage taken (phys > any of the 3 elements). Theory crafting a Righteous Fire Juggernaut. Focusing on Endurance Charges, Damage and Survivability, then AoE. Tanky, with big AoE. This build will be in Standard, and beyond what is already in the PoB, has an additional roughly 100ex budget. I'm just trying to make sure I haven't missed anything that isn't obvious to me. I like having at or above 5k life, and would like to keep max res without Endurance Charges if possible. It's my first build I've tried making, so hopefully it isn't too terrible. Helmet is the trickiest to recreate, I dropped the base and farmed the enchant myself. The enchant is a lot of damage and the phys as ele fracture is a lot of tankiness. Could build around just one to start though. GMP is probably a good link if you have a different enchant, it also helps with LGoH because of the extra projectiles. You can get 20-22% phys as ele on the watcher's eye if you lose the damage mod and run a purity. The dawnbreaker is also not max roll on the corruption, so you could make back the phys as ele there potentially. Probably would drop precision in that case and get c

I don't really have any experience with making my own builds; I was interested in replaying the Strength Stacker that Zizaran originally made with Mahuxotl's Machination; with the build being both tanky and able to do a fair amount of damage with Vaal Ground Slam;. I wanted to use Blunderbore and The Gull with this to make use of shrines. I have tried referencing the PoB for the build and with some new items such as Melding I tried to make the build as tanky whilst also blocking. I whipped up this jank PoB: Mahuxotl's machination only exists in standard (for now), but all the other items are possible if extremely expensive to acquire in league. Tempered By War + Mahuxotl's Machination gives us 100% of cold and lightning damage converted to fire and chaos, and 50% of fire converted to chaos. Then I take CI, making us immune to chaos. The rest of the items are dedicated to converted physical to fire and chaos. The hope is that we can then get enough ward to reduce the remaining damage to 0.
