Build concept is to shift all physical damage taken to elemental damage taken from hits and stack max resist from Loreweave and armour from auras/flasks to be very tanky against hits with Transcendence Keystone. The life gain on hit with fast attack speed and many hits pairs well only weakness are degens also the dps is not great but sufficient. I have did some solo delve 4k and it worked with that build too.
