Theory crafting a Righteous Fire Juggernaut. Focusing on Endurance Charges, Damage and Survivability, then AoE. Tanky, with big AoE. This build will be in Standard, and beyond what is already in the PoB, has an additional roughly 100ex budget.

I'm just trying to make sure I haven't missed anything that isn't obvious to me. I like having at or above 5k life, and would like to keep max res without Endurance Charges if possible. It's my first build I've tried making, so hopefully it isn't too terrible. Thanks for any help or suggestions.
