PoE Hierophant builds with custom stat filters

Just sharing a short footage of my last build since it turned out pretty great!

Path of Building question... as I scrolled past the "Precision" notable on the skill tree I noticed a huge bump in DPS which caught my eye. Was a bit surprised though because I am playing as a manabond hiero with cyclone + arc, so really spell based. I don't recall global accuracy being meaningful to spells. This notable plus the minor before give +10% cast speed as well but was skeptical that addition would result in \~13M+ additional damage. I can get someone to help me with my Fire Shockwave Totem build? So the weapon/shield has 35% phys as extra fire while cast linked to searing bond totem (70% extra). Skin of the lords, +2 wand, +1 shield, +2 amulet gets me lvl 33 shockwave totem. I could eek out another level with lvl 4 empower or two with awakened. With my setup I have max 1 searing + 6 shockwave totems. with all totems up, tooltip dps shows 250k per totem so about 1.5m? I'm sure it's a little higher if I could properly check on pob.
