Due to changes to Arcane Surge, Tulfall and Bubonic Trail I've been theorycrafting a generic elemental caster build for a templar and I'd like to hear your input. &x200B; The base relies on interaction between Tulfall and Malachai's Loop - Tulfall gives us massive cold damage to spells and Frenzy Charge generation at the cost of reseting our Power Charges each time we hit max, and Malachai's Loop gives us +2 max Power charges and quite a bit of %increased spell damage but in return we reset our Power Charges each time we hit max (same as Tulfall) and additionally shocks us. You can try to fit it on Shield Charge 4l, and RF 4l for mapping fast, and use Vaal Firestorm for any singletarget boofing EDIT 2: With Skin of the Lords, use Empower over Cruelty. Edit: Fixed for 100% flask uptime. This is my last submission. I will be playing this version of poison permanent minions in 3.21. This build is tanky, fast and best of all you only have to cast two spells on bosses (one cast of skeleton and one cast of despair). Without skeletons up it does 13m dps , with 1 skeleton to apply wither it does 23m, and everything up it hits the poison cap. The gear looks expensive, but it is quite easy to craft.
