PoE Sinvicta's Mettle, Cold builds

I would like to ask if I can juice a map whis this build. What should I improve to become more tankier? and if not, Can i use HH instead to play it. thank you so much This is my POB

I really like this build, and crucible added a lot. So I tried to minmax it, and am pretty far. and i am happy about it. I don't think i will be able to make another one like it in the near future, so that's part of my motivation to present this. another one is that I am not entirely happy, because with my eyes on dps while tweaking, I became too vulnerable to ubers. I'm liking the playstyle but I'm having a hard time planning on upgrades beyond better weapons/amulet. I also thought about switching to ignite vortex, using proliferation in the glove. The main thing is: What tips to improve my damage (I wanted to have something around 6\~7 million in guardians), and mainly, the movespeed (is it possible something around 120\~130%?).
