Hi!
Totems are my favourite archetype, but let's be honest, they aren't in the best spot now. I was tired of Soul Mantle + Self Flagellation meta, so I've decided to create my own build that turned out to be quite powerful.
It scales Frostblink of Wintry Blast gem level to 34-35, then multiplies high base damage with innate more damage against chilled enemies and Arcane Surge effect. It's easily the strongest totem build I've played (excluding 0hp glass cannons with Annihilating Light and Ice Spear), so I've decided to share it. Especially after reading opinions on here that totem builds can't do t17s at all.

Keep in mind that Frostblink hits twice, at both teleport locations, so PoB damage is actually 2x higher, reaching above 70 millions dps.
