PoE Elementalist, League Starter, Mapping builds

I've been playing every weekend since league start and I just picked up my 5th Exalt from the ground, so during my work hours I've been brewing this Poison Spark build: <-- Original 4k Life + 96% Stun avoid version <-- Newer 100% Spell Suppress but 3k Life + 40% Stun avoid version Concept - Ashes of the Stars can give up to 30% quality to all gems, and +1 level to all skill gems. - 20% Quality Phantasmal Spark now converts 100% Lightning Damage to C

PoB: Here's an idea for a league starter that I've been thinking about for a while. It converts the cold damage hit from Cold Snap into fire to ignite enemies while still dealing cold DoT and chilling, using increased cold and elemental damage and generic DoT multi to scale both DoTs. Normally I just flesh out a tree when theory crafting, but Mathil released a Wave of Conviction ignite starter build and I decided to plug my tree and skill into his gear, just changing the some of the fire modifiers to cold (which I imagine should be cheaper this league anyway)

Edit 1: Swapped out combustion for Inspiration in the name of consistency. Unset ring added for summon skeletons to get maximum channel casts. TLDR: Resolute Technique + mana efficiency solves accuracy and mana issues from 3.15. Chieftain now possible in Trade with Iron Will. To those who loved this build and knew friendly company therewith: this Reunion is for you. Spellslinger Flame Wall Elementalist was an extremely popular build in 3.13/3.14. It was one of the strongest league starters featuring extremely smooth gameplay, and some redditors might have come across me recommending that build to others back in its heyday.
