Helmet - Wilma's provides Ancestral Bond which is a massive bonus. Nothing going to compete for DPS here. Good enchants would be anything with reservation or AP gives more attack speed (expensive). Cost is around 1-5 chaos currently without enchants. Nothing here is finalized, but so far this is my most fleshed-out attempt at an SSF league starter for 3.19. This one is built for maximum ease of gearing and ease of play. Everything that costs mana is on a Lifetap and I let Tukohama's leech take care of sustain. Tasalio phys as fire is maybe better now that some of our armour scaling has been nerfed.
