PoE Spell builds with custom stat filters

My goal is to clear mobs fast so this is an elementalist spamming Vortex on left click which ignites thanks to Shaper Of Flames. Then dual Obliteration wands deal chaos damage which ignites more thanks to Shaper Of Flames. I haven't put much emphasis on the Vortex DPS, the damage dealer are the Obliteration explosions, hopefully. Budget is not bad either, none of these item cost even 100c , most cost much less. For my (probably) last build for Archnemesis, I jumped on the Cremation bandwagon, and I have to say it doesn't disappoint. Hi Everyone, First time I played spark was in Delirium League with the OG Aura Stacker, and haven't touched it since. I did miss Spark quite a bit, and this league with all the buffs and Ashes, I decided to hop on the bandwagon of Spark Inquisitor, and make it extra thicc and tanky, while keeping high DPS. I'm working on upgrading my Skeleton Mage setup now that I have a real budget for upgrades. I have about 25 Ex in the bank and another 10-12 Ex worth of stuff I'm trying to sell for further upgrades.
