PoE Southbound builds

I posted my little raider here before but after a brief dalliance with infinite Vaal Molten Strike I decided I liked this better and specced back to it and upgraded it a little. It's _fun_. Reports indicate we need 140% inc projectile speed which is easily achieved thanks to the massive 50 from dagger mastery, then we have 23 from gem, 30 from helmet enchant, 15 from Vengeant Cascade which is 118% inc, so that's x2.18 and 15% more from projectile mastery is another x1.15 which comes to x2.5070 -- PoB says 2.51 I am not sure whether it's rounded up or down but luckily it doesn't matter: the vid

has my goal and the "Default" tree/skillset is where I am at, real character. It only uses one very cheap rare, everything else is a unique, two were somewhat pricey: heatshiver was 45c, 5L Daresso's was 40c. From where I am to the goal I do not need to change items at all, it's just gem levels and skillpoints. Same thing as the frost blades raider exact same items exact same tree except for the Lethality wheel, I picked Heartseeker. The big deal, however, is Vaal Reave. It'll help tremendously with Mercy lab Izaro and a little later with map bosses. What do you think? Is the lack of AoE a concern?

Pob for the build: Config is half max elusive effect and set up for bossing. No pano annoint or anything like that. Edit: just a side note - mageblood is totally not necessary. The idea is: freezing everything on screen is a defensive layer, probably very good in the Sanctum Frost Blades is getting a huge increase to added damage % so let's try to build around it. Ailments don't care about resistances on hit and whatnot, just base damage, so high added damage is good. Heatshiver gives up to 130% added cold damage as fire if we can freeze things.
