Hey guys,
So last league I made some builds that were quite well received here, I think my budget flicker strike guide got the most traction. Anyway the plan was to league start that build but since flicker is really terrible with no gear I went with frost blades as a temp skill to eventually transition into flicker strike. But lo and behold, I kinda fell in love with frost blades and have decided to stick with it for now.
