PoE Witch, Chaos, Minion builds

I played a Chaos Golem Occultist a few leagues back and loved it (Rotting Legion based back then), but the single target started to fall off towards the end of the league. I made a 3.21 POB for Chaos Golem occultist, and am looking for input and ideas to improve the damage, or creative ideas for more efficient defenses which free up room for more damage. POB stuff done to make it fit next patch added +2 minion to helmet (so dont allocate unnatural strength) ticked on unholy might adjusted minion poison/bleed damage added new minion gems (im guessing about 10% poison/bleed chance for new suffix, we dont go for 100% chance so NBD if its less) Potential accidental POB warrioring wither amounts might easily reach cap, might not, im not good enough to math that (20 hits per trigger, 1.73 trigger rate, 25% chance, lasts 2 seconds. Config: Intimidate and negative resists is from Belt of the deciever+Eye of Malice (Animate guardian) Playing around with the resist-shredding capabilities of elementalist. Any thought? Anyone tried this? Is just Occulist better? Edit: My gripes with this concept are elemental ailments and the loss of something like The Stampede. But I consider doing this in softcore to switch things up abit.

I'm on crap internet for a bit yet, and started a zombie character that I feel like re-rolling when I have a bit more currency.
