POE 3.10 Testing Lone Messenger Agony Crawler is a Path of Exile Necromancer build by RexDragonfly, made for the Delirium league (3.10). It looks pretty solid for bossing. In practical the real DPS is around 20-30 Virulence stacks imo, unless you are able to stand still casting or poisoning the target all the time. Lone Messenger is probably a budget version of of getting Agony Crawler DPS as you are giving up Aura reservation for extra defensive layer and offense or maybe both if you plan for a high budget low-life version. The skill tree and gem setup are just for leveling, end game setup will be slightly different.
