PoE NeoLearner builds

I played a Chaos Golem Occultist a few leagues back and loved it (Rotting Legion based back then), but the single target started to fall off towards the end of the league. I made a 3.21 POB for Chaos Golem occultist, and am looking for input and ideas to improve the damage, or creative ideas for more efficient defenses which free up room for more damage.
