PoE Maw of Mischief builds

this guy is fairly tanky, but it doesnt feel THAT tanky. im not sure i'm understanding some of the math in PoB and why it thinks the effective hit pool is that high? (i only have like 4.5k eHP) I would also of course like tips to take that existing HP even further if you got em.

Edit 1: Swapped out combustion for Inspiration in the name of consistency. Unset ring added for summon skeletons to get maximum channel casts.
