I think people are still interested in Pure Spectre builds?

I have tried to re-create the playstyle that we had in the glory days of Redemption Sentry. So this reworked build is focused on fast clear speed with lots of freeze and shatter.

It wasn't too expensive. The body armour was 1ex base and 2ex for fuses. My original wand was 1ex (+1 spell / 20% minion attack speed). The wand in the POB is a very expensive craft...
