Showcasing the POB for my min-maxed TS phys to cold convert build! Here it is, and it's probably the most min-maxed character I have since 2013. Answers to maybe some question around the build: Why Soul Ripper? Taste of Hate or Dying Sun would be better - I honestly switch between those three flasks depending on what I am running.
