PoE Hardcore, SSF builds

I've been PoB warrior'ing for awhile and I think I've settled on my league starter. Main criteria was melee, strong overall build (mapping + bossing), and tanky as possible. Was thinking boneshatter slayer, but I avoided it for a couple of reasons; Vaal Pact annoys me and Slayer needs it to be acceptably tanky, and Slayer is kind of bad at bossing without very high investment. Just looking for some suggestions/improvements on the tree, and what aura's I should run. And what skills I can level with that won't require much (if any) regrets. For gear I have an idea of what I want, and don't really want to build it around any uniques since I play SSF/SSFHC exclusively. But with pretty terrible gear I'm already at 600k DPS, and I can sustain the damage as early as level 68-70 (according to skill self-damage), since my life regen should cover the damage taken. So with the new League coming i made a Shield Crush Poison Champion Theory craft. I havent compared it yet to Impale Shield Crush, but the Poison version looks good on paper. Especially with the changes to Obliteration and Mings(for Softcore), the build should have pretty good clear and some potentially good single target damage. The gear i used in the Pob should be pretty "cheap", or farmable in SSF. Its primarly Resist, Life and some Spell Suppress. Heyo, i'm looking for some help with theorycrafting. I've played Ignite DI before, kinda liked it, but i felt vulnerable because it was a time when defenses sucked. I like summons too, but they can lagg behind and not feel that great. Resummoning feels very bleh. So i'm toying with combining these ideas to fit my style.
