PoE Ascendant, Physical, Bossing builds

Budget ~300d T17, Ubers viable Not the most efficient build but still fun if you want to try something non-meta (Not adapted to 3.25)

Its my first time making a build from scratch, wanted to make an abyss stacker but i don't personally like the look of the rathpith ones so i tried to make one myself. Can anybody spot any glaring issues or problems i might face? (Such as I'm a little worried about mana but from what i can tell, it looks fine) Also, i notice nothing changes when i flick arcane surge on and off. Makes it really difficult to know if i will have mana problems because i have no idea if the stated regen is with or without arcane surge. I'm aware that it would have trouble bossing but that's fine as my other build

I just wanted to post about my build idea and tested since I think its really cool. I've tested Hydrosphere with spell echo and can confirm that the final repeat does have a 100% crit chance and when using it with greater spell echo it also inherits the extra aoe and more damage multiplier. Scion Archmage: This is a (not that good) pob for an archmage scion that I used the interaction with. I stacked cast speed to make the build be able to clear maps a bit more smoothly but its strength is definitely in bossing. I defensive laye

Disclaimer, consider this pob as a rough guideline transition from after the budget pob: Progression from beginning maps to iridescent/screaming. Maven/uber elder is going to take expensive upgrades such as empower 4/ cluster/ skin of the lords/ few woke gems and around level 94 passive points, which can be farmed for on 2 voidstones with expedition. &x200B; Also I wouldn't recommend league starting as BV,
