• 11k ES, 70k evasion (93% chance to evade)
• 17% phys taken as chaos
• 75/84/84 elemental resistances
• immune to all elemental ailments
• 100% spell suppression
• high ES leech, up to 8k ES per second

Budget: 1-1.5 mirrors, depends how many items you can self-craft and situation on the market. Can be much less without simplex amulet, bit worse other rare items.
