PoE Cast on Death, Nova builds

Disclaimer this is just a fun side project that i am working on and also my first time doing a low tolerance build, so there might be intricacies that I am unaware of. The build revolves around the medium cluster notable tolerance which makes the first poison you inflict deal 300% increased damage. I am currently using 4 low tolerance with poison mastery for a total of 1500% increased damage. Unless you are using stealing Inquisitor's Inevitable Judgement via Forbidden Flesh/Flame, this is probably the single biggest damage upgrade you can make against Lycia, who has 50% elemental res. Most builds I see either have 0 investment in reducing or penetrating this, or use Frostbite, which tends to be less effective than Elemental Weakness WITHOUT Balance of Terror with a Heatshiver at only 15% chill effect and no freeze. replaced VB with crit tree with regular ones for 3.22 : 100% = 91% crit to fix fix : take doom cast, remove flat mana nodes - enduring mana flask for smooth gameplay more than required but it's perma used anyways so it doesn't matter. masteries unchanged stun avoid for mapping is from boots, can go stun pantheon for bossing (feels useless)

I'm liking the playstyle but I'm having a hard time planning on upgrades beyond better weapons/amulet. I also thought about switching to ignite vortex, using proliferation in the glove. The main thing is: What tips to improve my damage (I wanted to have something around 6\~7 million in guardians), and mainly, the movespeed (is it possible something around 120\~130%?).
