PoE Chieftain, Purity of Fire builds

Here's a Pob PoB dps : 13.9 millions. With vaal Reap : 18.84 millions. Build gets 93% phys takes as fire with 87% fire resist. No clusters and no hard to get unique or super expensive rolls. The PoB uses +1 levels +2 aoe Cloak of flames, but you can very easily get one of these corrupts instead of both and loose 20% damage. All skills are on Lifetap. Build runs RF but has 565 net positive regen and 1330 Leech rate/sec. I have thrown this together in the last hour or so as an quick idea to make best use of the new Cloak of Flame. Its still very rough around the Edges and needs to be fleshed out. Its meant for a Leaguestart SSF Enviroment. It includes Cloak of Flame and a Warlords Helmet though which may need a few days to obtain, longer if unlucky. But i am confident you could live off of Armour longer if needed. I am thankful for any ideas to improve it. I don't really have any experience with making my own builds; I was interested in replaying the Strength Stacker that Zizaran originally made with Mahuxotl's Machination; with the build being both tanky and able to do a fair amount of damage with Vaal Ground Slam;. I wanted to use Blunderbore and The Gull with this to make use of shrines. I have tried referencing the PoB for the build and with some new items such as Melding I tried to make the build as tanky whilst also blocking. I whipped up this jank PoB: Mahuxotl's machination only exists in standard (for now), but all the other items are possible if extremely expensive to acquire in league. Tempered By War + Mahuxotl's Machination gives us 100% of cold and lightning damage converted to fire and chaos, and 50% of fire converted to chaos. Then I take CI, making us immune to chaos. The rest of the items are dedicated to converted physical to fire and chaos. The hope is that we can then get enough ward to reduce the remaining damage to 0.
