[PoE] Mega Tanky Chieftain Reap Build, 60M DPS, Facetank Uber Shaper

Mega tanky Chieftain Reap Build with 100k max hit taken, Petrified Blood, 3k net life regen with RF on, 100% phys and elemental dmg taken as fire, 90% fire res, very high effective health pool, almost immortal, can stand in Uber Shaper's beam, tank his slam, purple balls and frostbolts. Good both for mapping and bossing, very safe. Caution: it is high budget build, that requires rare and expensive items to make it work (Sublime Vision and good roll Dawnbreaker), also wand and large clusters (with intelligence) can be very expensive. I spent around 180 div here and some items were self-crafted and live-searched, so I bought them for cheaper price as they can be. Actually, this build will be even much better with Mageblood, faster and tankier (with 95% inc effect of Ruby flask), but I wanted to try does it work without it.
