PoE Blazing Salvo, Cyclone, Mapping builds

SHOCK EFFECT I've tested shock effect vs Uber Pinnacle Bosses. It ranges from 35% to 42%. The boss died before it got higher I guess lol. The test was conducted using my rare crafted stygian vise belt, not HH.

The POB- Im lvl 91 in game atm, this PoB has lvl 95 which is my goal for this weekend I have been playing PoE for about 2 years casually. Ancestor league was kind to me and I got enough currency from Trials that I was able to fool around with building and crafting for the first time. The idea I had was two parted. 1. If you only want the PoB, here it is: I've played several CoC builds over the years. This one is hands down the best I've played so far. Also the most expensive by a considerable margin, but I don't regret the currency spent. Back in Sentinal league I had a CoC forb rite occultist and used it to farm up my first mageblood. Hey all - first time creating my own build, wondering if anyone has any helpful suggestions to make it better! Original idea for the build comes from Zlayge's HCSSF build, which dips down to the bottom-left of the passive tree to get more armor and health and stuff, as well as balance out the stats for Leadership's Price. Apparently guys have done HC Ubers with that set-up, but since I'm playing soft-core trade, I wanted to see what I could come up with sticking to the right side of the tree with the goal of using the character as a league-starter, with potential to scale up to whatever.
