I've been really enjoying my lightning SST raider using Doryani's Prototype and was wondering what other people have tried that works for them. The damage is ludicrous and I'm quite tanky against most things, but I've found myself annoyed at times by having to aim SST. I also die more than I'd like from lightning DOT because I run juiced maps and syndicate a lot (the red research beams are a pain). Gearing is also annoying since my build has many uniques and I need a ton of fire/cold res as well as str/int. Things that I've been considering that I was hoping to get other people's input on:

If EC was a well designed skill then the interesting aspect (flask usage) would be extremely beneficial to the skill. As it is, this is not the case. &x200B; This isn't going to be a math heavy post, but long story short, you can only regenerate so many flask charges, and that number is way lower than what you need to constantly use sapphire/topaz flasks outside pure mapping. The new sapphire/topaz flasks are quite good, but really only modestly better than just slapping on a diamond flask and require massive investment to sustain. Hi all! I really like explosive arrow and this time I decided to do not a standard build. I wanted to make something very fast and with relatively good DPS, and I think I succeeded. Everyone says that non-ignit EA's clearing speed is bad because we don't have Ignite Proliferation, but I made this build on Standard and to be honest the clearing speed is really good and not worse than Ignite version (Instead of Conc Effect I use Increased Area for more AOE explosion).
