Frostblink of Wintry Blast

I like leaguestarting Cold DoT occultist, and been toying with this PoB since vortex rework. This will work up to some point, but damage is a bit lackluster for voidstone bosses. Would appreciate some ideas on how to scale, without losing much on defenses. (pob got budget and default options)

Hello, Looking for help with Vortex in SSFHC. Go easy on me this is my first self-made build. I primarily play SSFHC, and I'd like to make my own build from scratch this time. Most of my characters have died so far, and I'm hoping this one will be safer with chill/freeze effects. Gear equipped is just crap random gear I have on one of my leveling toons. Using Vortex with Grace, Determination, Tempest Shield, and D,Banner. Thanks for looking, and I appreciate your help!

Thanks to some people on the official discord, I fixed an error with this build. It turns out my CDR/trigger rate was not correct and my damage was significantly lower than I thought. I had to spend a couple of hours changing up my tree and some items then do all the bosses again. Now my project build is done, I don't recommend doing this build. Showcase: PoB:

Spent a day working on this pob. I doubt I'll ever be able to actually use the build due to the high costs of the items I decided to use, specifically some of the double corrupts and rares, but I wanted to show this off and get some input on making it better. So today I decided to revisit my eternity shroud build idea after playing brands all league so far and getting bored of it. My idea is to use the new glacial cascade since gc is my favorite skill. I started putting the build together earlier in the league but made some pretty good adjustments today. There's a couple small upgrades left I want to make but the last main part of my idea I haven't figured out yet and would like some help.
