PoE Templar Ascendancy, Attack builds

the best idea out there but. When I saw the frontpage of the Kinetic Bolt of Fragmentation and Sniper's Mark interaction I had an idea to turn this into a Wander(mana leech) with the Indigon/MOM/Agnostic. Using Manastorm to drain all our mana then Indigon would give some huge spell damage buff that apply to the new fragmentation gem. We survive the huge mana cost by perma leeching and Lavianga Spirit to spam our attacks. Very squishy since we rely on our mana for both offensive and defensive side.

I plan to make an ascendant wander as my starter this league, I created 2 POB looking some builds in poe ninja and changing some parts, but i haven't decided which one is better because I don't feel like I know the build that well and I'm not the best at POB. The first POB has more damage ( but i feel that it's more expensive that a true starter , the second one (h I feel it's cheaper but the items are very different. Edit: Sorry for no description. My daughter (who's 5 months) started crying and I ran from my desk without finishing. Basically the build utilizes mind of the council and you max out Mana. Scion appears to be best option, but you could probably swing it with the right pathfinder tree. Couple the maximum Mana with agnostic and you get some insane life regen. An interesting build based on mana stacking using Mind of the Council and Manastorm to scale damage. I wrote Archmage in the title but it's just a reference to how we scale damage with mana. This was a build I was really excited to try and it turned out really well. It was a very rounded build with good defensive layers, good single target, and very fast clear for a budget. Agnostic is pretty broken and makes this build feels a lot tankier than it should be due to the constant regen. With 70/60 dodge chance, it's a pretty tanky build. POB: I played a 4x 3-point voices scion herald stacker build in 3.10. Today I got finished updating her POB for 3.11 changes. I believe this is the best you can do in 3.11 should you be insane enough to min-max aura stacking with % mana reservation jewels in every slot with 3x 3-point voices. This POB has all the gear she acquired in 3.10. Only thing I theorycrafted was the new jewels.
