Hi! this is my Scion Armour Stacking build...This build is a budget option if you dont have currency to buy the skin of the lord with iron reflexes. I used Splitting Steel on this video but I can also switch to Perforate (which can do massive damage and easy Sirus 8). #PathOfExile #Scion
