3.10 Perfect Agony Burning Arrow Ascendant [T19 100% Delirious 2x Beyond] | No Headhunter

Delirium League is probably the best Burning Arrow will ever be.

This map is a 4 ivory watchstone +3 monster and packsize and 5x Delirium Orb for 100% Delirious

This is with a 3 voices setup, and if you have 5k exalts you can double the DPS with 4 voices.

I can reach 30m real ignite DPS with 3 voices, and from playing around in PoB i can hit 50-60M ignite DPS with 4 voices.

real ignite being that the proliferated ignites still do near maximum damage because many modifiers normally require enemies to be hit, allowing negative resistances.

this is why despite being around 2.5-3x the ignite DPS (6.4m) of my Primordial Bond Burning arrow (3-4m), the actual damage is probably near 10x the damage.

This is the setup used in the video (with gmp and not SA) I sacrificed 30-40% dps for block because you literally don't need more DPS.

There is no budget option, you required 3x 3 socket voices (160~ex each) because there aren't enough skillpoints for 5 socket voices at level 97. 5s voices require 6 more SP which you don't have (level 103?)

Every jewel must be 1% reduced mana reserved with ES and crit multi (or you drop to 4.5k ES) which are around 8-12ex each. You need at least 3 super expensive 1% reduced mana jewels [conq eff (30ex), might of meek(60ex), PH cluster (50+ex)]. I'm trying to fit in avian but that requires another 100ex worth of clusters.

This build probably costs around 1000ex, and you might see better results with a build that uses a shield. I just like BA because i like watching everything burn.
